Sweet Midnight – Wholesale Policy

Thank you for your interest in carrying Sweet Midnight products. We are thrilled to partner with retailers who align with our brand and aesthetic. Please review our wholesale policies below before placing an order.

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to approved retail businesses with a valid resale certificate or business license. Sweet Midnight does not offer wholesale pricing to individuals, marketplaces, or third-party resellers without prior approval.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening Wholesale Order Minimum: $200

  • Reorder Minimum: $150

Minimums must be met before taxes and shipping.

Wholesale Pricing

All wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale partners. Wholesale accounts may not share pricing or sell Sweet Midnight products below MSRP without written consent.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full prior to production or shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include: Paypal, venmo, check, credit cart payment

  • Net terms may be extended to returning partners at Sweet Midnight’s discretion.

Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Typical processing time is 7-10 business days from receipt of payment.

  • Large or custom orders may require additional time.

  • Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Sweet Midnight is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once an order has shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover goods.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All wholesale sales are final.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted unless items arrive damaged or defective.

  • Any damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Sweet Midnight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within the stated timeframe.

 

Branding & Product Representation

Wholesale partners agree to:

  • Accurately represent Sweet Midnight products and branding

  • Use only approved images and descriptions when available

  • Not alter products, packaging, or branding without written approval

 

Online Sales Policy

Wholesale partners may not sell Sweet Midnight products on third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, etc.) without prior written consent.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Sweet Midnight reserves the right to refuse or discontinue wholesale relationships at any time if policies are violated.
