Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted on the listing.
During holidays, new releases, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We try to ship all items via USPS Priority, so it is automatically insured for up to $100.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to correct an address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes or reroute packages.

Sweet Midnight is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found:

Please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
If still unresolved, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

While we will do our best to assist, Sweet Midnight is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with:

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup (If applicable)

If you live in or around Bisbee, Arizona and would like to pick up your order from us directly, please send us an email so we can make arrangements.

Return Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement, minus shipping and handling fees, within 14 calendar days of when your purchased items arrived in the mail. Items must be returned to us, postmarked within 14 days after the items arrived. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. Full refund minus shipping and handling charges will be given upon receiving goods in the same condition in which you received them. Your refund can take up to 5-7 business days to process.
